Natural Hair Restoration with PRP

A regenerative protocol to retain density and wake up dormant follicles.

The Investment

Because hair cycles are long, single sessions are not effective for new clients. All new treatments begin with a mandatory course.

Initial Course (Required for New Clients)

£TBC

Includes 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. This is the minimum required to trigger a biological response.

Maintenance Single Session

£TBC

Available only to clients who have completed the initial course. Recommended every 4–6 months to maintain density.

Retention & Regrowth

Protecting the hair you have is easier than replacing what is lost.

Hair thinning is rarely just physical; it is deeply personal. Whether it is due to stress, hormones, or genetics, noticing a loss of density creates a distinct sense of urgency.

My approach to hair restoration is grounded in a simple biological truth: we must act while the follicle is still active. I use Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy to invest in your future density. This is not a quick fix or a surgical transplant. It is a long-term preservation strategy designed to keep what is yours and stimulate regrowth where it has slowed down.

How PRP Works

You may have heard of PRP in sports medicine. When applied to the scalp, it acts as a powerful biological stimulus. By injecting your own concentrated growth factors into the scalp, we increase blood supply and nutrients to the root. This arrests the shedding process and encourages existing hair to grow thicker and stronger.

The Timeline: A Marathon, Not a Sprint

It is vital to manage your expectations: hair follicles are slow to respond. You will not see results after a single session.

Phase 1 (Stabilisation)

During the first 3 sessions, the primary goal is to reduce shedding. You should notice less hair in the shower or brush.

Phase 2 (Regrowth)

Visible improvements in texture and new growth typically appear 3–4 months after starting your course.

Who is this for?

Timing is everything. This treatment works best for:

Men with early thinning or recession (who still have hair in the area).

Women with post-partum shedding or menopausal thinning.

Transplant Patients looking to maintain the density of their implanted grafts.

Biological Reality (Suitability)

Please read this before booking.

PRP is a stimulation treatment, not a magic wand. It relies on your body’s ability to respond to growth factors.

  • It requires active follicles: If an area of the scalp is completely smooth (shiny) and has had no hair for years, the follicles are likely dead and will not respond to PRP.

  • Ethical Consultation: I assess every client individually. If your scalp shows signs of advanced loss where the follicles are unlikely to recover, I will be transparent and advise against this treatment. I only proceed when there is a realistic potential for improvement.

The Sanctuary Difference

I perform this treatment in the privacy of my dedicated clinic room. There is no busy waiting area and no rushing. This is a quiet, discreet space where we can discuss your concerns openly.

Safety & Transparency

Because PRP uses your own blood, the risk of reaction is incredibly low. However, as with any injectable treatment, transparency is vital. I provide full access to my clinical protocols so you know exactly what to expect regarding safety and downtime.
