PRP+ Hair Regrowth
Noticing Hair Loss? Act While Active Hair & Follicles Remain
PRP+ is a structured, three-part routine designed for women and men experiencing hair thinning, fine hair, or reduced density. You might be seeing more of your scalp, noticing a widening parting, or losing volume around your crown or hairline.
Combining monthly in-clinic PRP treatments at my Kibworth clinic with daily topical support and weekly at-home microneedling, PRP+ works to support existing, fine hair above the scalp and stimulate living hair follicles beneath it.
Thinning is progressive, and waiting will not improve your starting point. While PRP+ cannot recreate hair on completely smooth, long-standing bald skin, thinning areas respond well. Acting while hair and living follicles are present gives us the best foundation to support your density.
My Three-Step Home & Clinic Routine
I did not want to offer PRP as a standalone treatment and leave the rest to luck. I wanted to offer a complete routine that actively supports your hair between your visits to my Kibworth clinic.
I combine three clear steps:
Monthly: In-Clinic PRP
I process a small sample of your blood in the clinic to separate the platelet-rich plasma. I then carefully inject it directly into areas of thinning hair to nourish existing strands and stimulate follicles underneath the scalp.
Daily: Targeted Topical Support
You will apply a targeted hair-loss formula directly to your scalp at home twice a day. I provide direct purchasing links and instructions on my dedicated PRP+ online support page so you can order and reorder it easily.
Weekly: Scalp Microneedling
Once a week, you will use a small handheld derma roller over the thinning areas. This keeps your scalp stimulated between your monthly appointments with me. I include a complimentary derma roller with every course.
Think: Monthly. Daily. Weekly.
Choosing Your Starting Plan
3 Monthly Treatments: The Recommended Start
£600
Three treatments spaced one month apart give us the industry-recommended minimum start. This gets your in-clinic treatments and daily home routine working together before I review your progress.
6 Monthly Treatments: The Strongest Start & Best Value
£1,000(Saves £200)
If your budget allows, six consecutive monthly treatments give your hair its strongest, uninterrupted start. It keeps the clinic side of your routine consistent for half a year and saves you £200 compared to booking individual sessions.
Keeping Your Results
PRP+ is ongoing hair management. If you stop treatment completely, the underlying thinning process can resume and the improvements achieved are unlikely to be maintained.
Once your initial course is complete, we schedule a single PRP maintenance appointment every six months at £200 to protect your progress. You will also continue your twice-daily topical hair formula at home to keep your hair supported.
What to Expect in the Treatment Room
When you book a consultation with me, I will assess your hair and scalp, look closely at your current density, and take clear baseline photographs so we can track your progress accurately over time.
PRP involves multiple small injections into the scalp. Some clients find it uncomfortable, while others find it painful. I work as gently and carefully as I can to make the experience manageable, but I will always be honest with you—this is not a relaxing facial or head massage.
Hair growth takes time. Real improvements happen gradually over months, not days or weeks.
A Real Treatment Journey
Five treatments. One routine followed consistently.
Gary—my husband—was one of the first people to follow the complete PRP+ routine.
He has completed five PRP treatments, applied the twice-daily topical hair formula and used his derma roller every week.
His first photograph was taken in November 2025. His progress photograph was taken in July 2026.
Gary’s Experience
“Having multiple injections into the scalp isn’t something I look forward to, and keeping up with the daily home routine takes a bit of discipline. But once you get into the flow, applying the formula becomes as natural as brushing your teeth, and the weekly microneedling fits easily into your evening.
The moment I began seeing and feeling how much thicker and denser my hair had become, any minor discomfort or effort completely faded into the background. The benefits of having thicker hair far outweigh the short monthly appointment and the home routine.
It takes consistency and commitment over a few months rather than being an instant quick fix, but seeing real results makes every part of it completely worth it.”

Common Questions
Is PRP+ suitable for women?
Yes. PRP+ is designed for women and men experiencing thinning, fine, or sparse hair where coverage or active follicles remain. The twice-daily topical hair formula forms part of the same three-step routine for both men and women.
(The image below shows the progress one of my female clients has seen after four sessions.)
Can PRP+ regrow hair on smooth, bald skin?
No. PRP+ needs hair or active follicles beneath the scalp to work with. It is designed to thicken fine or thinning areas, not restore hair on skin where follicles are no longer present.
Can I book one treatment?
A single PRP session costs £200, but one session is not a complete starting course and is unlikely to produce a meaningful result on its own. All new clients start with a course of at least three monthly sessions, with single treatments used later for ongoing maintenance.
How soon will I see a difference?
My husband noticed fine new hair coming through at around four to five months, with the most obvious density coming back between six and eight months. Everyone responds at their own pace, but staying consistent gives you the best outcome.
Ready to Take Action?
If you are noticing your hair thinning, acting while living hair and active follicles are present gives us the best foundation to work with.
Book a consultation with me at my Kibworth clinic. I will assess your scalp, answer your questions, and explain the three- and six-treatment options clearly. You can then choose the starting course that best suits your budget.
