The Essential Glow is my foundational microneedling protocol. I designed this treatment for clients who want to experience the regenerative power of collagen induction without the complexity of corrective serums.

The focus here is pure hydration. I use a sterile, pharmaceutical-grade Hyaluronic Acid as the glide medium. As the microneedling device creates thousands of controlled micro-channels, it physically pushes this hydration deep into the dermis—far deeper than any topical cream can reach.

Simultaneously, the micro-injury wakes up your skin’s repair mechanism, triggering the production of fresh, firm collagen. It is the ultimate treatment for skin that feels dry, looks dull, or is showing the first signs of laxity.

The Protocol

01. Preparation

I begin with a steam and double cleanse to ensure the skin is clinically sterile.

02. The Induction

Using a state-of-the-art digital microneedling device, I work systematically across the face. The depth is adjusted specifically for your skin thickness and tolerance. This is not painful; I use a topical numbing cream to ensure you are comfortable throughout.

03. The Infusion

Throughout the needling process, I flood the skin with high-molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid. The open channels drink this in, providing an immediate plumpness.

04. The Calm

I finish with a cooling mask to instantly reduce heat and redness, locking in the moisture.

Expert Guidance

Will I bleed?

You may experience pin-point bleeding during the treatment. This is a good clinical endpoint—it means we have reached the correct depth to stimulate collagen. It stops immediately after the treatment.

Is it safe?

Yes. I use single-use, sterile needle cartridges which are opened in front of you. There is zero risk of cross-contamination.

What is the difference between this and Custom Luxe?

Essential Glow focuses purely on hydration using Hyaluronic Acid. Custom Luxe involves a bespoke cocktail of ingredients (like vitamins or pigment inhibitors) tailored to specific problems like scarring or melasma.
