BB Glow + Dermaplaning

While the standard BB Glow treatment is transformative, the result is strictly limited by the canvas we are working on. If your skin has a layer of dead cells or fine vellus hair (peach fuzz), the BB serum cannot sit perfectly flat. It absorbs, but it doesn't reflect light to its full potential.

By combining Dermaplaning with BB Glow, I remove that barrier.

First, I use a surgical blade to gently remove the fuzz and dead skin. Then, I infuse the BB serum into the fresh, ultra-smooth skin underneath. The difference is significant. The serum sits flawlessly, the glow is amplified, and the skin takes on a true "glass-like" quality that is impossible to achieve with nano-needling alone.

The Protocol

01. The Resurface

After cleansing, I perform a full Dermaplaning protocol. Using a sterile scalpel, I meticulously remove the top layer of dead skin and vellus hair. This instantly brightens the complexion.

02. The Infusion

Now that the barrier is removed, the skin is primed to accept the serum. I use the nano-needling device to buff the pigmented BB serum into the epidermis. Absorption is increased because there is no debris blocking the way.

03. The Glow

I finish with a soothing hydration mask. Because the skin is so fresh, it drinks in the moisture, leaving you with a dewy, filtered finish.

Expert Guidance

Will my hair grow back thicker?

No. This is a biological myth. Dermaplaning removes vellus hair (peach fuzz). It will grow back at exactly the same texture and speed as before. It will not turn into stubble.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Dermaplaning is actually very gentle, but it is a physical exfoliation. If you have active acne or extremely reactive rosacea, I may recommend the standard BB Glow without Dermaplaning to avoid irritation.

Why combine them?

Synergy. Dermaplaning removes the dullness; BB Glow adds the brightness. Together, they provide the most comprehensive surface restoration I offer.
